What is a Kitchen Facelift?
0:11 What is a Kitchen Facelift
0:50 What to expect from Dream Doors
A kitchen facelift is what I see as a more time effective and cost-effective alternative to a full kitchen renovation. The reason being is say kitchens 15 to 20 years old. The layouts of those kitchen are still quite functional. But the materials used at that time is probably outdated by now.
What we do is we come in. We remove the doors, panels and drawers. If you need too, we can also remove the benchtop and the splashback so what’s left behind is just the carcass. What we then do is we manufacture brand new, made-to-measure doors, drawers and panels to a finish or colour which you specify. And, we’ll reinstall that into the carcasses. The benchtop if you choose to remove it. We can replace it like to something like a brand-new stone product or a brand-new laminate product. The splashback, again, is same. We can replace it with tiles, aluminium and glass.
So, by the end of it, what you have is a brand-new kitchen feel at typically half the price for a whole new kitchen renovation. In addition to a kitchen facelift, if you choose to say you want a new cabinetry or alterations of existing cabinetry that can also be done as part of a kitchen facelift experience.
