2 pack Polyurethane is a 2 part paint application finish. Two-part meaning that the final paint finish is created by combining a base (Part A) and a hardener (Part B) together which when heated, it causes a chemical reaction. As a result of the chemical reaction, a polymer is formed which is tough and durable.

With polyurethane, since it’s a paint product the number of colour choices is really limited by your imagination but you cannot have effects like wood grain. Painting is a labour intensive task and hence you will find that polyurethane is not the cheapest option. Another thing is that because it is a paint system, it is prone to chipping if it gets struck by a sharp object.
