I had a very disappointing experience with Prince Singh. My kitchen renovation took approximately 7 months, and in my view the work was left unfinished. Despite the project not being completed to my satisfaction, I was asked to make the final payment. I withheld the last 10% because I believe the outstanding work should have been completed first. Instead of resolving the issues, my account was referred to a debt collection agency. I expected the company to finish the agreed work and address my concerns before pursuing payment. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend their services.

Dream Doors Kitchens came highly recommended to us, and now I know why! From the initial discussions and quotes, and through the whole process, communication was strong. I have just had my kitchen cupboards changed to drawers by Dream Doors Kitchens (Justin and Prince). Fantastic job from start to finish. Kept me informed as to stages. Came at times they said for measure/quote, measuring for fitting and actual fitting (7.30am). Cleaned up after themselves aswell. Very pleased with the job!

My experience with using Dream Doors Kitchens was very good. All communication was clear and timely. I received good advice as to how to proceed. The workmen were skilful, and only took 3 days to complete the job. I am delighted with the results.

We had Dream Doors come in and refurbish our existing kitchen… enlarged our kitchen island to double the size… changed the kitchen from an awful dark grey colour to the new Blonde Oak/white matt. We replaced all the kitchen electricals and sink etc. We are so happy with how it turned out… exactly as we wanted. Justin and his team were really good to deal with.. he let us make our own choices and stepped in if he thought the ideas wouldn’t work or would be too expensive for our budget.. there was no hard sell, just the idea that he wanted to give us the kitchen we wanted. Dream Doors were the only company that actually made the effort to contact us.. we contacted quite a few and they either didn’t return our calls or made it known our $20-$25k budget was too small for their efforts. Now.. we count our blessings that they made contact as it was the best outcome for us.. Dream Doors were also local to us and we were able to go to the DD showroom to have a look around. Sean their installer was very good, clean worker and an all round nice guy. We also used the electrical company Justin recommended, we found it easier if all trades knew each other and could work together easily. That turned out to be another good idea on Hubby’s behalf. The electrical costs were cheaper than expected also. So, if your thinking of using Dream Doors for your kitchen renovation or to install a complete new one.. go for it, you won’t be disappointed. FYI… we supplied our own stone as it was purchased several years before we even bought our house.
