After years of procrastinating about doing something about our outdated kitchen we got in touch with DDK and met the franchise owner Dee . We put our faith in her and the DDK team to provide us with our new kitchen . They gave us that and more . The advice and design was fantastic and the team that installed the kitchen were professional , friendly and considerate throughout . All the subcontractors were likewise . Dream Doors Review – A Nightmare Experience What was meant to be our dream kitchen has turned into an absolute nightmare due to extremely poor planning and communication from Dream Doors. While the designer was amazing the sole reason we chose them. We were originally told the project would be completed within four weeks after the final measurements. Rob advised final plans would be a couple days this spanned to 2 weeks then promised no additional delay. However, when we followed up one week before the expected completion date, we were informed that the kitchen hadn’t even been ordered — apparently because we hadn’t selected cabinet handles. Rob was told at the final check measure we were purchasing our own as even he couldn’t get them for the price we found. This excuse is unacceptable, as handles are typically one of the very last components to be installed, not something that should hold up an entire kitchen order. To make matters worse, Dream Doors then attempted to charge us for the upgraded laminate we had already ordered and had clearly listed in our contract. Initially, the upgrade was quoted at $1,500, but they later tried to increase this to an outrageous $15,000 to cover their own mistake. As a result of their mismanagement, we have now been left without a functioning kitchen for over nine weeks, and it appears it will be well after Christmas before we can even have someone else complete the work. They did return our money immediately . Our experience with Dream Doors has been deeply disappointing and incredibly stressful. We strongly advise others to stay away from this company to avoid going through the same ordeal

We have just had our kitchen cupboards and drawers refurbished with Dream Doors and I cannot speak highly enough of the company,From our initial appointment with Rei through to installation was seamless.I cannot speak highly enough of the young man Liam who did the installation,He was very professional and explained everything as he went along .I would recommend this company to anyone looking to refurbish or have a total makeover.Thank you sincerely to all.

We are delighted with the finished look of our kitchen and am enjoying the extra storage space it provides, the fresh new look and the functionality of having drawers instead of shelves. Jeremy was easy to work with, ready and willing to listen to my suggestions and ideas even when they were late. His staff were also easy to work with, did a very professional job and ensured that we were happy with the quality of their work, paying attention to the little details. However, it is essential that you ask Jeremy for detailed drawings and measurements for every change that you want, to ensure that what was discussed was delivered and installed the first time. There was a little delay because of some errors with the measurements, but Jeremy went out of his way to ensure they were rectified. I would highly recommended DDK for any updates you want done to your existing kitchen.
