The process was very well organised, with minimal disruption the new Caesarstone benchtop installed in one week. The owners Gerry & Alan, tradesmen who measured & installed the benchtop, and the suppliers, all professional & friendly, took pride in their product/workmanship. The decision to replace the laminate benchtop was years in the making, but glad we found a local trusted and reputable company.

Very professional in advising on design options, measuring, designing and installing our kitchen and powder room cabinets and stone benchtops, including coordinating the electrical and plumbing trades. We didn’t feel any need to seek other quotes.

We were fortunate enough to have Gerry and Alan at Dream Doors Kitchen manage the design and recent installation of our new kitchen and butler’s pantry. We can’t overstate the difference their level of communication, total focus and dedication made to us during what can potentially be a stressful time. Gerry, Alan and the team were impressive from start to finish. They kept everything moving and did not take their eye off the ball one iota until the every final detail was complete. This included Gerry making an on site visit the week following the installation work being completed to see the finished kitchen, and then arranging for something as small as a minor hinge adjustment on one of the cupboard doors. Needless to say, this was done within a day of her being here. The key here was Gerry and Alan’s combined enthusiasm, genuine commitment and level of communication. Having installed two other new kitchens in other properties over the years, we know how rare this level of service is, and we had a smooth and stress free process as a result of their efforts. Gerry , Alan and the whole team did an amazing job. I originally was just going to replace the doors but they showed me that i vould make my kitchen almost brand new. Everyone from beginning to end were helpful and professional. I now have a microwave alcove and very useful pantry drawers. All the drawer runners and hinges are of a high quality. I had a very poor experience with this kitchen installation from start to finish. The project was poorly planned and lacked any real oversight. The measurements taken were incorrect (even though two check measures were done), leading to multiple items needing to be reordered, which caused significant delays. The job also started 2 days late and was supposed to be a 3 day job, it’s been a week and a half now and it’s not finished due to more measurement errors with the sink being installed. Despite these ongoing issues, no one ever came to inspect or take accountability for the problems. There was a complete lack of communication throughout—I had to constantly chase for updates and follow up on work that wasn’t completed as scheduled. The installation was not executed on time and the overall project management was severely lacking. For such a major investment ($13K for some new doors, drawers and a sink only), the service and execution fell far below expectations. The equipment that was installed - the new rangehood is so cheap that the foil exhausts are all bent and looks terrible for a brand new item it also doesn’t come out far enough so the cupboards get all wet and condensation all over them as the rangehood doesn’t extend out over the stove enough. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a smooth or professional renovation experience. I used dream doors east a few years ago (Justin and his team) I had a flawless execution, sadly this has been far from the case with this other franchise. **Edit** since the company reply to my review - my kitchen is still not finished - as one of the doors under the sink doesn’t fit since the sink has been installed (poor planning for the install) so it will take much longer than 10 days to be finished as I need new doors measured. At the time of this review the rangehood exhausts have not been replaced yet either. So my kitchen is far from completed.

Reliable, honest, accurate and great outcome. Gerry and Alan were great to deal with, and the measurements and installation team were a pleasure to deal with. I would happily work with them again on a project and recommend them to anyone.
