After compiling data from 34 different estate agents, designers and property professionals across the UK, housing agents Sell House Fast have ranked the kitchen features in order of value-increasing potential. Spacious and modern storage units are found to be the best kitchen feature to increase property value, with 72 per cent of experts choosing this. This is followed by fitted energy-efficient appliances, with 66 per cent of expert approval.
